Day 01 :

Arrival in Jaipur

Upon arrival at Jaipur Airport or Railway Station, you will be greeted by our representative and transferred to your hotel. Spend the evening at leisure — explore the colorful markets or enjoy a traditional Rajasthani dinner at Chokhi Dhani. Overnight stay in Jaipur.

Day 02 :

Jaipur Local Sightseeing

After breakfast, explore Jaipur’s heritage starting with Amer Fort, followed by Jaigarh Fort and Nahargarh Fort for panoramic views. Later, visit City Palace, Jantar Mantar, and the iconic Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds). End your day shopping for handicrafts, textiles, and jewelry in the local markets. (Note: Monument entry fees are not included.) Overnight stay in Jaipur.

Day 03 :

Jaipur to Udaipur

Post breakfast, drive to Udaipur (approx. 390 km / 7–8 hours). Upon arrival, check into your hotel and relax. In the evening, enjoy a scenic boat ride on Lake Pichola, passing Jag Mandir and the Lake Palace. Overnight stay in Udaipur.

Day 04 :

Udaipur Local Sightseeing

After breakfast, visit the magnificent City Palace, Jagdish Temple, and Saheliyon Ki Bari (Garden of the Maidens). Continue to Bagore Ki Haveli to explore traditional Rajasthani arts and artifacts. In the evening, head to Sajjangarh Monsoon Palace for sunset views. Overnight stay in Udaipur.

Day 05 :

Udaipur to Jodhpur

After breakfast, drive to Jodhpur (approx. 250 km / 5–6 hours), with an optional stop at Ranakpur to visit the intricately carved Jain Temples. On arrival, check into your hotel and visit Mehrangarh Fort and Jaswant Thada. In the evening, explore the Clock Tower Market. Overnight stay in Jodhpur.

Day 06 :

Jodhpur to Jaisalmer

Post breakfast, drive to Jaisalmer (approx. 280 km / 5–6 hours). Upon arrival, check into your hotel. In the evening, you may visit Gadisar Lake for a peaceful sunset or explore local markets. Overnight stay in Jaisalmer.

Day 07 :

Jaisalmer Desert Camp Stay

After breakfast, explore Jaisalmer Fort, Patwon Ki Haveli, and Salim Singh Ki Haveli. In the afternoon, proceed to the Sam Sand Dunes for a camel safari or jeep ride. Enjoy a magical desert sunset, followed by a cultural folk performance and traditional Rajasthani dinner at the camp. Overnight stay at the desert camp.

Day 08 :

Jaisalmer to Jodhpur Departure

After breakfast, drive back to Jodhpur (approx. 280 km / 5–6 hours). You will be dropped at Jodhpur Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey, concluding your Rajputanatrip desert and heritage tour.

All guests must present a government-approved photo ID at the time of booking and again upon check-in at hotels or camps.
For international travelers, a valid passport and visa must be submitted during booking and carried during travel.

Standard hotel check-in: 12:00 PM
Desert camp check-in: 4:00 PM
Check-out for both: 10:00 AM
Please plan your arrival and departure accordingly.

🚗 Vehicle Usage & Route Changes
Vehicle allocation is based on group size. Any on-tour deviation from the planned route, requested by guests, will result in additional charges based on extra kilometers.

👶 Child Policy
Children below 8 years: Free of charge (extra bed charges may apply).
Children between 8–12 years: Extra bed charges apply.
Children 12 years and above: Charged as adults.

📦 Inclusions & Exclusions
The tour cost does not include personal expenses such as tips, laundry, bottled water, airfare (domestic/international), visa fees, airport taxes, or travel insurance.

While we strive to provide your selected hotels, alternate but similar properties will be arranged if original options are unavailable at the time of confirmation.

🔄 Changes Due to Unforeseen Circumstances
In rare cases of natural disasters, political events, or other uncontrollable factors, Rajputanatrip reserves the right to modify the itinerary, accommodations, or transport. Additional charges may apply if such changes affect bookings.

🚪Early Exit Policy
If a guest decides to leave the trip before completion, Rajputanatrip is not responsible for any unused services or associated costs from that point forward.

💰 Damage Liability
Guests are expected to respect the properties they stay at. Any damage or breakage to hotel, camp, or resort property will be billed to the guest.

💸 Taxes & Charges
All packages are subject to GST as applicable on the total booking amount.

🗓 Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
For Private (Standard & Deluxe) or Group Bookings:
Free rescheduling if made 10 days or more before the travel date.
Rescheduling within 10 days will follow our standard cancellation policy.
For Private (Super Deluxe) & Hotel-Specific Bookings:
No modifications or rescheduling allowed once booked. Standard cancellation policy applies.
Force Majeure Policy:
In case of unavoidable circumstances (natural calamities, strikes, etc.), Rajputanatrip may reschedule the tour or offer suitable alternative itineraries to ensure safety and continuity.
Cancellation After Rescheduling:
If a guest reschedules and later cancels, the standard cancellation policy will apply, and any rescheduling fee paid will be non-refundable.

What is the best time to take this tour?

The best season is from October to March, when the weather is pleasant for sightseeing and desert activities. Summers are very hot, while monsoon months offer fewer crowds and lush landscapes.

What should I pack for this trip?
