Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

For Private (Standard & Deluxe) or Group Bookings:
Free rescheduling if made 10 days or more before the travel date.
Rescheduling within 10 days will follow our standard cancellation policy.

For Private (Super Deluxe) & Hotel-Specific Bookings:
No modifications or rescheduling allowed once booked. Standard cancellation policy applies.

Force Majeure Policy:
In case of unavoidable circumstances (natural calamities, strikes, etc.), Rajputanatrip may reschedule the tour or offer suitable alternative itineraries to ensure safety and continuity.

Cancellation After Rescheduling:
If a guest reschedules and later cancels, the standard cancellation policy will apply, and any rescheduling fee paid will be non-refundable.
