Welcome to Rajputanatrip. By booking a tour package, using our services, or accessing our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payments

• All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment as specified at the time of reservation.
• The balance payment must be cleared before the start of the tour or as per agreed terms.
• Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice due to revisions in taxes, fuel prices, or hotel tariffs.

2. Inclusions & Exclusions

• Inclusions (as per the package): Accommodation, meals, transfers, sightseeing, and activities mentioned in the itinerary.
• Exclusions: Airfare/train tickets (unless specified), personal expenses, tips, entry fees at monuments, camera charges, and anything not mentioned in the inclusions.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email/WhatsApp).
• Cancellation charges will apply as follows (unless otherwise specified):
  • 30 days or more before travel: 10% of total package cost
  • 15–29 days before travel: 25% of total package cost
  • 7–14 days before travel: 50% of total package cost
  • Less than 7 days before travel / No Show: 100% of total package cost
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.

4. Changes & Rescheduling

• Rajputanatrip reserves the right to modify or re-schedule the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, road conditions, political situations, etc.) in the interest of traveler safety and convenience.
• Any additional expenses due to changes beyond our control will be borne by the traveler.

5. Responsibilities & Liabilities

• Rajputanatrip acts as a travel organizer and does not own or operate airlines, hotels, or transport services. We take utmost care in selecting suppliers but are not liable for their acts, omissions, or defaults.
• Travelers are responsible for carrying valid ID proofs and travel documents.
• We are not liable for delays, loss, damage, injury, or expenses caused by natural calamities, strikes, accidents, or any force majeure events.

6. Health & Safety

• Guests are advised to carry prescribed medications and inform us of any medical conditions in advance.
• Rajputanatrip is not responsible for health-related issues or expenses arising during the trip.

7. Travel Insurance

• We strongly recommend travelers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, health emergencies, accidents, and baggage loss.

8. Jurisdiction

• All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
