Payment Policy

At Rajputanatrip, we believe in maintaining transparency and clarity regarding all financial transactions. This Payment Policy explains our terms related to payments, deposits, and refunds for bookings made with us.

1. Advance Payment

• To confirm your booking, an advance payment of 30% to 50% of the total package cost is required at the time of reservation.
• The advance payment ensures hotel reservations, transport arrangements, and other travel services.

2. Balance Payment

• The remaining balance must be paid before the commencement of the tour or as per the timeline mentioned in your booking confirmation.
• In some cases (such as last-minute bookings, peak season, or special packages), full payment in advance may be required.

3. Modes of Payment

We accept payments through the following methods:

• Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
• Credit/Debit Cards (additional charges may apply depending on the gateway)
• Cash Payments (only accepted in Jaipur office or with prior agreement)

Payment details will be provided at the time of booking.

4. Payment Confirmation

• Once the payment is made, you will receive a confirmation via email/WhatsApp with booking details.
• Please keep a copy of your payment receipt or transaction ID for reference.

5. Late or Non-Payment

• Failure to complete the balance payment within the stipulated time may lead to booking cancellation.
• Rajputanatrip will not be responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused due to late or non-payment.

6. Refunds

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy mentioned in the Terms & Conditions.
• All refunds will be made through the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.

7. Disputes

• Any disputes regarding payments will be subject to the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan courts only.
